Gaza, ALRAY - Ismail Haniyeh, deputy chief of Hamas political bureau and former Prime Minister, called Tuesday at dawn the Palestinian front for a political and practical unity.
Haniyeh, who has no apprearances since Israel's escalation began a few days ago, stressed the need for field cooperation and coordination to face the current Israeli aggression, saying we are through a critical phase.
He stressed the importance of a united decision by Palestinian factions in order to take deliberate steps that would defend and protect Palestinian people.
Haniyeh called on the Arab League and the Islamic Cooperation Organization to hold an emergency meeting to discuss Israeli aggression against Palestinians and its serious impacts.
"Hamas adheres to Palestinian unity," he said, urging Fatah leaders to maintain the reconciliation agreement in this very moment.
