Gaza, ALRAY - 17 Palestinians were injured Saturday after Israeli warplanes bombed and leveled a 14-story building in Gaza.

The building includes 44 apartment in which hundreds of Palestinians reside.

According to the Ministry of Health, 17 Palestinians, most of them are children, were injured as aresult of the air strike.

At least 2105 Palestinians have been killed and more than 10,000 others injured in more than a month of devastating Israeli attacks on the besieged Gaza Strip since July 7.

Since 2007, the Gaza Strip – home to some 1.8 million Palestinians – has reeled under a crippling Israeli blockade that has badly affected the local economy and played havoc with residents' livelihoods.
