Gaza, ALRAY - The minister of Israeli occupation army, Moshe Ya'alon stated Wednesday that no Palestinian state will be established in the West Bank, but a disarmed self-governed authority.

He explained in an interview with Hebrew newspaper that Israeli occupation keeps full security control over the air and ground of the West Bank, "Israel does not seek a solution with Palestinians, but tries to manage the conflict," he said.

Ya'alon stressed that President Mahmud Abbas is not a partner in peacemaking but a part of conflict management, noting that Abbas did not recognize Israel as a Jewish state.
