Nothing can justify UNRWA's behavior in neglecting its responsibilities in the northern part of the Strip, limiting its operations to the south, deliberately slowing down and delaying the entry of trucks, and not allowing them into Gaza City and the northern part of the Strip.

In a year and a half since the outbreak of the Russo-Ukrainian war, the number of Ukrainian casualties reached 9,000 civilians, including 500 children and 15,000 injured. Comparing quickly with the victims of the Israeli aggression on Gaza, we notice the scale of the massacres committed by the occupation, killing more than 8,525 people, including 3,542 children, 2,187 women and girls, 2,000 missing, and 21,543 injuries in just 25 days.

The Jabalia camp massacre is considered one of the largest massacres and crimes committed by the occupation, which claimed the lives of hundreds of victims, both dead and injured, without any consideration for the rights of refugees. The massacres committed by the occupation against Palestinian families increased to more than 926.

130 medical staff, 35 journalists, and 18 civil defense rescue workers were killed in this ongoing brutal aggression on Gaza.

We warn of the halt in operation of water treatment and desalination plants and hospitals due to the depletion of fuel, particularly at the Indonesian and Al-Shifa hospitals by tomorrow evening.

The Gaza Strip suffered direct and indirect losses of 3 billion dollars due to the aggression on the Strip, affecting commercial and economic establishments, civilian homes, government and public headquarters, and everything in Gaza.

Over 200,000 housing units were affected, with around 35,000 housing units completely demolished and rendered uninhabitable.

The expressions of shock by UNRWA's Commissioner-General, Philippe Lazzarini, about the continuous bombing by the occupation forces on the Gaza Strip, and that "the level of destruction is unprecedented, and the unfolding humanitarian tragedy before our eyes is unbearable," is an international acknowledgment of the crimes of the occupation and the holocaust against the people of Gaza.

The number of working hours by field rescue teams and civil defense equaled the working hours of full 5 years, given the effort they exert without equipment or resources.
