Gaza, ALRAY - Israeli occupation gunboats opened late Wednesday heavy fire and fired tear gas canisters towards Palestinian fishermen's boats off southern Gaza Strip shores.
The Palestinian Fishermen's Committee said the shooting took place off Rafah shores, near the water border with Egypt; however, no injuries were reported.
It is noteworthy that Israeli occupation gunboats deliberately target Palestinian fishermen on a daily basis, depriving them of fishing and making a living.
