Occupied WB, ALRAY - Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday at dawn detained at least six Palestinian citizens during raids across several areas of the occupied West Bank towns and cities.
Local sources reported that the Israeli forces detained three people from Talkarem, after raiding on and ransacking their houses.
The sources named the three people as Ahamd Khasib, Omran Harsha, and Baha Taha.
They added that the Israeli forces also detained youths Ala al-Wazir, and Sedqi al-Aghbar from the Balata refugee camp in Nablus, and Fadi Nayef from Gefna village, north of Ramallah.
Israeli occupation forces routinely carry out arrest raids in the West Bank. Around 40 percent of Palestinian men living in the occupied territories have been detained by Israel at some point in their lives.
According to Palestinian figures, about 4,500 Palestinians, including 32 women and 160 children, are currently languishing in Israeli detention jails.
