Gaza, ALRAY - A number of extremist settlers vandalized on Sunday morning eight cars belonging to Palestinians in El-Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in occupied Jerusalem.

The settlers used screwdrivers to punch the tires, causing material damages, witnesses said.

According to an Israeli radio, the Israeli police arrested two settlers participated in the action.

It said that the settlers were transferred to the police for investigation, pointing out that the police have information proves that a young settler helped in the vandalism.

The same settlers previously seized the houses of Al-Kurd, Hanoun and Al-Ghawi families and turned them to outposts to assault the Palestinian citizens in the area.

In the same context, rightists damaged a car wash yesterday in the village of Nabi Samuel in the north west of Jerusalem.
