27 of Gaza prisoners’ families visit their sons in Ramon

Gaza, ALRAY -- A new batch of Gaza prisoners’ families headed on Monday morning to visit their children in Israeli jails via the Beit Hanoun checkpoint in the northern Gaza Strip.

 

27 families, including seven children under the age of 16 headed to visit 17 prisoners in Ramon at early dawn hours in front of the committee headquarter, the spokesperson of International Committee of Red Cross, Suheir Zaqout, stated.

 

More than 6000 Palestinian prisoners are currently languishing in Israeli prisons, including 350 from Gaza, amid harsh living conditions, where 206 were died as a result of deliberate medical neglect policy practiced by Israeli prison service.
